~We will make sure that your financial statements and your bank statements are aligned

~Our initial consultation will determine what type of analysis and reviews are most essential for your business and how often we should plan to connect

*Partnership with your Tax Professional

~We can work with your tax preparer to ensure they have all the data they need. Additionally, we’ll make sure to discuss future tax laws to determine if we can do anything differently the following year to make sure you get every relevant deduction

*Payroll Services & Contractor Pay

~We can set-up and manage your payroll - most of our clients have a subscription with ADP. We can also manage all 1099’s which include receipt of contractor paperwork, annual filing to the IRS and state departments, as well as mailings to the contractor

*North Carolina LLC Formation (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, BOI Filings)
